Barnes 180 vs hornady gmx 180

I have a stock 700 300 win mag and I'm looking for onsite on either ammo. Has anyone ever shot these side by side? I know the Barnes is accurate but I don't here much about the gmx. This will be my elk load this year. Hornady outfitter 180 gmx vs Barnes vortex 180 ttsx. Thanks

I've shot them both out of a 30/06. Of the ones I pulled out of the dirt, the Barnes retained a nice uniform expansion. The GMX's didn't look so good. The 168 TTSX is my go-to bullet for my 30/06. Its the same performance each time.

Loaded both in my 300 Win. Barnes tsx edged out the accuracy end and works well on whitetails. Will know (fingers crossed) next month on elk.
