Badlands Precision Issues?

Ordered some bullets from them 2 weeks ago and hadn't heard anything from them so I called. Whoever answered the phone said they had temporarily lost their FFL license because they were late renewing it. He asked me if the card payment went through and when I ordered the bullets. He did not seem to have computer access to my order. He said they were not going out of business. I note their website is "under construction ".
Anybody know anything?
 
Well, the good thing is that your CC company will cover you in the event that something weird is going on. Just know when that is and see how things stand at that time if it comes to that.
 
I'd verify the credit card transaction and then provide them with the transaction number and it should clear up any issues. I've been waiting for the website to come back so I can order, they perform great

George is a solid guy. I'm sure he will get you taken care of. Seems like the website has been partially disabled until they get their FFL renewal.
 
I made one order from Badlands a few months back and it took a looong time to get my bullets. I also called after about two weeks and they were behind on shipping due to the Shot show. I received my order about two weeks after my phone call so still seemed like pretty slow service. The bullets I received did shoot pretty darn good so may have to order some more. Not sure this helps but good luck to ya, Jason
 
Manufacturing has to have a FFL as an ammunition component supplier if I'm not mistaken.

 
I have found Badlands Precision to be great people to deal with. I would have no problem ordering from them again. Two years ago they bent over backwards to help me. If there are technical delays, be assured they will be taken care of.
 
I got a reply to my email inquiry this morning saying that the renewal is in process and that they would send me a notice of when they can sell bullets again. They were very apologetic...

As soon as I know, I'll order for the rest of year.
