Has anyone been hit on their credit/debit card for the 2023 deer, bighorn, buffalo hunts yet? I applied for some tuff hunts so I will most likely not get hit and will have to hear from others that the draw is under way.

Yes. The draw is probably over by now though except for maybe some rejected cards tags being given to others.
I am waiting on the portal to update.
My son drew a javelina tag.
My son and I drew Turkey tags.
Also either Sandhill tags or deer tags weren't drawn by someone. Not sure which yet, that is why I am impatiently waiting on the draw results to update the portal.
