Up for sale is an AXMC in great condition. I have 3 338's and another on the way so this ones hitting the chopping block. 100 rds down the new Proof Research Carbon Prefit 26" Barrel 1:9.4 twist. Threaded 5/8x24 not that BS metric threading ha. It's wearing a Area 419 338 Brake, tames recoil better than the FB Gen 2 IMO, I've had both. Balance is great with the CF Barrel, weighs 17 lbs and change if memory serves. Comes with 1 mag. Atlas, Arca Rails, Spuhr, and AMG not included. Only blemishes are a small rub on the left forward rail (pic) and the bottom of the grip (pic) besides the mag well obviously.
This thing is a beauty and an absolute hammer. First pic is three off a RRS Tripod, second is the first three out of the new barrel. 3rd is my ladder test with 285's at 327 yards. Most of the other rds were me letting my family shoot at a reunion. 1000 yds was boringly easy for my novice shooter famdamly.
Only trades would be for SA AXMC with SFP, preferably Sage Green. Caliber not important as I really just want the chassis to run a 6BR. I'm out of town for a couple weeks so no rush.
I do have a short action conversion kit as well and two 10 rd mags if interested
