No, but they are available. It does last several hours with just the four AA lithium batteries.

Is that a IR light in the pic and does it come with scope?
The pic shows an ATN X Sight (HD day/night scope)with an IR illuminator and light diffuser, which I assume is for daytime use (have never had the need to use the light diffuser)
And yes, everything pictured is included.
