I just ordered an atlasworxs elite to go in a remington bdl inletted stock. Their website says "minor inletting" is required. I'm curious for those that are using these how much inletting was needed? It will be going in a mcmillan game scout. Thanks!

From the Atlasworx website:

The Atlasworxs Bottom Metal for Remington 700 SA "Elite Series" is of a light weight construction using a structural strength Alloy (AL6061 T6) and is finished with a durable anodize coating in matte black and has a "Drop Down Magwell" for a great look and function. The Elite Series requires a lot less inletting having the same footprint as the standard BDL , which means only minor inletting required.

I have not personally used one of the Elite Series so I can't vouch for 'minor inletting'.

:)
