Athlon Optics Ares BTR 2.5-15x50 - APLR3 FFP IR MIL

So....anybody have one of these? Other than lower magnification, how will this compare to Vortex PST Gen 2 5-25 or Burris XTR ii 5-25?

I have the 4.5-27x50 Areas BTR, it's not a bad scope but once you get to 15 you're getting a lot smaller box but that's just my thoughts and impressions of scope.
Which I find very hard to deal with.. But I'm older so that may be part of my dislike for it.

please describe this smaller box thing.....I'm not really getting it.

Athlon offers a lot of scope for the money. They also track 100% Glass is good enough.
