Are WSM and WSSM scope bases interchangeable?

Are WSM Scope bases interchangeable with WSSM or are the holes spaced differently? I have a WSSM action that I want to order a one piece picatinny rail for and it doesn't appear as though there are too many choices for the WSSM.

Maybe I posted in the wrong section? I did fail to mention that we are talking about a Win model 70 action. I have the WSSM action.
