I have a friend who is selling a custom APS Sako 338 LM built on a TRG-S M995 action that was originally a 338 LM from the factory.
It has a 30" ABS carbon wrapped Rock Creek 9.4 twist barrel with a titanium SSG brake, Manners T4 90% carbon fiber shell stock, US Optics 20 moa rail and larger bolt knob.
It is a single shot and is throated for the 300gr Berger, COAL 3.975".
Weighs just under 14 lbs with a Leupold MK4 scope and Badger alloy rings.
Aprox. 750 rds down the tube, lots of life left, was shooting the 300gr Bergers over 90grs of Retumbo at 2750 fps, averaging .5 moa for 3 shots out to 1200yds.
I am original owner of the rifle, had it built by Kirby Allen, since then have had a couple more 338's built so sold it to my friend who doesn't shoot it anymore as he is more into AR's now and also has a 338 Edge.
Asking $2250 shipped, over $3000 invested.
