My chassis arrives today, and the rifle will have a WTO switch barrel lug installed; so I am looking for a single (as in not 2 separate rings) QD RTZ picatinny mount; i.e., a scope for each barrel. Seems most mounts have a 1.4 offset, but in the research I have done it seems that zero offset to less than 1" is recommended but I don't seem to be able to find many of those.

Is there a "common answer" of "1.4 is fine" or "nope 1.4 won't work for typical eye relief scopes and nobody makes a zero offset single mount" or am I missing something?

Spuhr in an offset that would give you proper eye relief for the scope. I would think 0 offset should be fine since you could adjust the eye relief by moving the scope mount on the picatinny rail. I've seen scopes with listed eye reliefs as short as 2.2" and a long as 4", add in that the best fit for you may not be the best fit for me, so no OSFA.

You just beat me to it. They make excellent products, but I do not like the one-piece scope mount/ring because it restricts flexibility.
