Anyone in salt lake county or nearby have a wheeler #1 action wrench?

I'm hoping someone on here that lives in or near salt lake county has a wheeler #1 action wrench that wouldn't mind spinning a barrel off for me. It should be easy, as it's an aftermarket barrel and has been off a couple of times without a cheater bar
