Anyone dealing with Nesika Bay over the past year???

Looking for any customers or smiths out there that have delt with Nesika Bay over the past year and wondering what their experience has been with them?

I tried to help a co-worker out with a problem he had with his Dakota and ended up calling them a few times to no avail , they were a pretty unhelpfull bunch , I will avoid dealing with them.

Note , Dakota now owns Nesika , the former owner Glen Harrison now runs
Phoenix Machine and is building actions again.
