Anybody familiar with this bullet?

I picked up a package or 30 cal bullets in an auction earlier this week. They are 185 grain FMJ spitzer boat tails with a cannelure. I'm trying to figure out who made them. I'm leaning toward a special lot made by Sierra in 90's. They are very consistent. Out of a 100 bullet sample, there were none below 184 grains or above 186, with most being 185 plus or minus 1/2 grain. I'd appreciate any info, if you have it. Here's a picture of a bullet:
