Any one live/hunt in colorado?

It looks like I'll have leave for the first two weeks of the elk archery season. Any one know anything about SW CO. around Durango(unless thers a specific unit that would be better) where thers good population of elk/mule deer? Not looking for a monster just a DIY hunt for a couple cows for my girlfriend and myself. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
