Just found this forum. I live in E. Texas and do not have a lot of opportunities to shoot. It's almost 50 miles to a range, so whenever I can. I did learn they have a 500 yard range hidden so will give it a try soon.
My interest encompasses most long guns. I have an upper in 6.5 Grendel on order for my Colt sporter and cant't wait to start with it. Other major interests are milsurps, primarily Swede 96 and Swiss straight pulls, with Ruger #1's thrown in for a good mix. Calibers 22 Hornet through 458 Win. Mag.
I have been shooting for about 60 years now, and have been getting back into the sport more now that I got my son out of law school about 6 years ago.
