Another Mega MATEN build

This is my second Mega Arms MATEN build. Rock Creek Barrel 1x12 Twist. 21 inchs long (making muzzel brake for it) Magpul SPR stock, CMC trigger, JP BCG. Coating the barrel in Blue Titanium cerakote and the Forearm, reciever and stock in Magpul FDE in a snake skin finish. It will topped with a SS 16x44 scope.

Just curious why did you go with a 1-12 twist?

The 1-12 or 1-11 twist stablizes the serria 168 SMK bullet wonderfully. I load them to M 852 specs.gun)rhinoo 55

I have a 1:12 on my Rem. M-700. Yes it loves the 168-180gr bullets.
