Never peed on one. But I distinctly remember, as a 2 year old (65 years ago), straddling the fence charger wire that was set up to keep the chickens in the chicken house yard. Did I mention it was straight charge, no pulse.....

It is a SCS Spinal Cord Stimulator.
Just had one of these implanted in my back last Thanksgiving.
The PROGRAM that was put in two week ago was not se right, I switched programs an on Program #2 was set at Level 7 for Power, I turned it on an was like fish floundering i=on th floor, The electrical impulse targeted my right underarn and then down t the right hand

Thank God I finally figured how to turn off the SCS. I was shocked for several minutes while trying to put a Post up. Darn rolled around on the floor for a while!

Electric fence testers usually came in the form of a human - I used my little brother or cousins from the city. CIA or KGB torture device is also a fine guess. I am pretty sure this was used by Dr. Frankenstein to check his monsters charge before letting him go play in the front yard. nobody wants to drag that big heavy beast back to the lab.
