I am looking for somewhere to send a small batch of rifle brass for annealing. Anyone know of such a service? Hopeful to find one that uses an amp induction annealer or something similar.

I haven't dealt with him. But he has a very good reputation over on accurate shooter. He does lots of bench rest stuff.

This will probably not be your last need for annealing, so why not just purchase a Salt Bath annealing setup? It will probably pay for itself in a couple of services paid to someone else. Just another point of view to hel and save you money in the long run. Good luck.
I have looked into it. For the rare frequency and the small volume I dont think Im pulling the trigger on that yet. Do you use the salt bath?

Wedgy is right about the heat and burn risk, except it'd be pretty hard to burn yourself with this annealing process if you exercise normal caution. No one should be reluctant to use the salt bath method. I use it and it's simple & effective. One suggestion - the temp controller built into the Lee melting pot doesn't control the temp very well, it allows temp swings over a pretty wide range, so I left the melting pot thermostat on high. I plugged the pot into a lamp dimmer (rheostat) and made a mark on it when I found just the right temp (I use 500 degrees C), and that holds a pretty consistent temp.

I offer annealing services using an induction process rather than flame and can handle pretty much any size batch that can be mailed. I select the liquid-cooled induction coil that best fits the caliber being annealed from my collection and have been (up to now) able to anneal any centerfire case including 50 BMG.
