"We have to have smart gun safety laws – our babies are being slaughtered." If she is so concerned about "babies being slaughtered" why is she always in favor of planned parenthood?

I never thought that I would see a presidential candidate that was more dangerous to our Second Amendment rights than Hitler-y Clinton. Lets hope Kamala does not get the Democrat nomination.

Exactly. Our Declaration of Independence is the social contract which outlines the relationship between people and government, and states what makes government legitimate. The Constitution - the United States itself - was built on that social contract. In short, the Declaration outlines the Enlightened Classical Liberalism of John Locke and our founding fathers: Natural Rights come from God, not Government; and since God "outranks" human secular authority, usurpation of those natural rights is defiance against God's natural order, and by default makes the offending tyrannical government illegitimate.
