I just ordered another one with custom lettering. Talked to them on the phone. Super helpful and really eager to help. I intend to use them for other projects.

Depends on what cartridge you want to put in a case. Only seen foam cases for ELR shooting with .338, 375 CT and .416
The Evergreen is nice. We also use the HF Aphae Case and it has foam squares that you can take out. We use it for .338LMAI Cartridges. Have seen several ELR shooters use these as well.
If just using .223 up to .338 ---MTM Plastic case

So I ordered 5 of the Evergreen 230 cases. Is there an easy way to make fatter cartridges fit better? (Opening up the pre cut holes?)

I use mine for 6.5 PRC. They stretch pretty easily.
They make one of the best ones I have seen. It is just too bulky for my intended purpose. I like keeping ammo in the rifle case for hunting and range time. I prefer these for easy shelf storage and some of my larger gun cases.
