People say that ADG brass needs to be fireformed with a mild load before you start

That is the case with any brass, you dont need to run " mild" loads but certainly not top end

There are multiple.
And they may or may not be consistent to begin with

I do realize that but I'm talking about starting them out on loads that would just start showing pressure and the ADG brass would get pretty loose.

I use alot of ADG and have never had any problem.
I ran my 30-28 up to 3185 that showed ejector swipes and primer pockets were still tight after using same piece of brass. I did the same with my 300wsm ADG brass in my 6.5x300wsm.
You can loosen any primer pocket with enough pressure.

If not available in a cartridge I want Lapua gets the nod.

Have a batch of Alpha in 308 win. It has been excellent so far with 3 firings.
