adjustable scope mount

Is there such a thing as a adjustable scope mount for a hunting type rifle? I have a custom 722 in 6mm and would like to find a mount that I can sight in with no elevation clicks on the scope that way I would have full range of the scope itself for elevation adjustments while shooting.

Ivey makes a set of rings that have approx 150 moa in them. They are a bit high and quite expensive. I have an NXS 12 x 42 in a set of his rings that I just use for extreme long range. I know there is another manufacturer, but I just can't remember who.
