Adequate Speed for Berger Bullets on Game

I am looking at building a 7saum with either an 18" or 20" barrel and running it suppressed. I want to shoot the 175 elite hunters or 180gr hybrids, once they become available.

My question is, at what speed/energy do these bullets stop performing as intended? I am trying to put the numbers on paper to see about where my max range would be. Also, what speeds are y'all getting on these loads out of 18-22" barrels?
