accustock Conversion?

OK I am sure my answer is cant do it but here goes.... i Previously asked around about an aftermarket stock for my Mauser-Werke m96 30-06 and really didnt go anywhere (which was expected) so here is my "Hail Mary" of a question. I it possable with out costing a small fortune to retro fit A accustock off a savage 111 338 lapua, to my Mauser? I am building a savage Lapua with a xlr ind stock and will have no need for my accustock. My thoughts was I could have the stock filled and then re-inlet. Also as a side note my eventual plans for the mauser it to change it from a 30-06 to a 280 ack. imp. any opinions on this as well?

Man I really doubt it. I imagine that screw spacing and nearly everything is different dimensions. It would probably be easier to build a new stock.
