Picatinny rail quick release. Adjustable for pan and tilt! has original rubber feet as well as the spike feet which work great on the bench or the ground.
This is basically a new bipod with no issues at all. I just don't shoot the long range stuff much any longer as I have gone the way of the big bore stuff.
