Has anyone shot or heard anything about these bedsides it is a controled expansion bullet by Nosler with a polymer ballistic tip? The 30 caliber 200 grain bullet has a BC of .588 Would this be suitable for Elk or would a Partition be a better choice? I think these are similar to the Scorocco bullets but not sure.

smoak,
I will be picking up a bunch of them this week and starting some shooting tests. Plan on using them in a couple of .300 Win. mags.
Will keep you folks advised as I get into the shooting.

Ian,

If they send you some 7 MM by mistake, just send them South and I'll test them for you.

If they are as accurate as the Ballistic tips and Partitions have been in my rifle, they'd be a welcome addition to my reloading bench.

The coyotes didn't cooperate this morning, and I hate coming home empty handed. So I used a 140 grain BT to take a jack rabbit at 497 yards.
