Antelope sirloin spiced with garlic powder and Ted's bakery Hawaiian spicy seasoning rub then rolled in panko bread crumb. Quick pan-fried (15 seconds on each side) in olive oil. Devoured with steamed brown rice and tr-color quinoa and fresh spinach, beets, and yellow garden pepper with cucumber ranch dressing and cheese. YUM!
