A-MAX BC question .308 208gr

Hey guys i have bullet flight for my i touch and its great but it doesnt list the BC of the Hornady .308 Cal 208 Gr A-max in the list of bullets options.

Does someone have a reliable or proven value or multiple range of BCs for this bullet as my gun really likes it? I.e. a G1 value and a G7 value?

According to hornadys website it is .648 G1. But that varies with velocity but should be a good starting point.

+1 to the above, they advertise .648. What are you shooting it out of and what is your MV?

thanks guys i am shooting it out of a longish barreled (i think 29.5") 30 Hart which is basically a 300 WBY with an Ackley shoulder. I haven't chronoed it yet but am shooting the 208 amax above 78gr of RL 22 if that helps you get an aprox muzzle velovity.

hey guys thanks for the help[ and sorry for the late response as to the Muzzle Velocity, i didnt get a chance to chrono it till this weekend. in a 5 shot string i got an average of 3098 fps with a very low standard dev which i liked. so any thoughts on the g7 value would be appreciated.

Search Bryan Litz on the sight. He is the ballistics guru for Berger. He has a very good knowledge base of the G7 BC's. If you PM him, he will respond. When he does, if you could shoot the G7 to me, it would be appreciated. Just guessing, the G7 is going to be in the .340 to .345 range.
