Not my best photos but I had two silencers approved this week (238 days) so I took the opportunity to grab a few shots. All sbr's were built on form 1's. The cans are silencerco saker 556 and a q trash panda.

I highly recommend buying or making a few. The AR in the picture above got tossed in the safe on an approved form 1 and sat for about 12 years before I finally built it. Now I kind of regret not finishing it sooner
