SOLD/EXPIRED 9 lb RL26 in Southern NM

I have an 8 lb container of RL26 that I opened and poured a 1lb'er in it for a total of 9lbs.

I can't ship but I live in Deming, NM and will drive as far as Las Cruces, NM to meet someone FtF. I am asking $450 FtF for the 9 lbs.
