87grn V-Max twist rate???

I am having a 6x284 built with a Krieger 30", 1-8.5 twist barrel. I would like to know if the 87grn V-Max will perform well with this twist rate. I will mainly be using the 105grn VLD bullets, however, I would like to shoot the 87grn V-Max too.

I would like to here from you guys on this topic. My last 6x284 shot the 87grn V-Max bullet with excellent accuracy, however, the twist rate on that rifle was a 1-12 .

Any info would br great.

My 6mmBr has a 1-8 twist and really shoots the 87 V-Max great.My shooting buddy has a 6BR with a 10 twist and he likes them too.I guess it depends on what your rifle likes.
