If you intend to shoot factory ammo then a 7WSM may be just what the doctor ordered. However, if you intend to handload, buy a 270WSM which is nearly a ballistic twin. 270WSM brass is readily obtainable but 7WSM brass has been difficult to locate for a few years and there is no relief in sight.
