try retumbo with magnum primers. 69.5gr MAX, work up, best load will probably be a grain or so less... I settled on 67.5gr for about 2912fps with my 26" barrel.
You will need to play with the seating depth for accuracy.
I would really recommend weight sorting your brass first. It should reduce velocity spreads. I didn't try this but you might also measure & sort bullets by the bearing surface length.
I did my test loads at 150 yards instead of 100, then did another round at 300. Groups were MOA or better and I stopped short of playing with the seating depth - ran out of time before shipping my rifle out for a new stock.
