Just got a new rifle built in 7MM STW and suggestion on load development? 26 in Barrel shooting H1000 with berger 168-180 bullets ?

Try IMR 7977 as well. I recommend Nosler brass, and Federal 215M primers.

I've had good repeatable groups with Norma MRP2 and Norma 217, Re-33, Retumbo and the highest velocities from VVN570. IMR-7977 Enduron will run 100 fps slower than any of the others.

Welcome to the club. We have an entire sub forum dedicated to the STW. H1000 was my go to powder for about 20 years with all of mine but I'm using RL33 more and more.

I had good results with H1000 and 180gr Berger Hybrid and Fed 215M primers. Rifle is a factory Rem 700 DBM.
