7mm STW Loads and Velocities

recently purchased a 7mm STW with a 26" barrel.I was curious what others are shooting in theirs and what kind of chronographed velocties ya'll are getting.I've tested H-1000 in mine @ 80,81,82,83,and 84grs. with a 150gr. bullet and they all shot very well.I didn't have my chrony set up so I don't know what my velocities where,but I'm going to try out 83.0grs. of H-1000 for my 140gr. bullets and 82.0grs. for my 150gr. bullets.

Just started reloading this past weekend for my new 7 STW with 26" Rock Creek barrel. Using 168gr Berger with 80gr of Retumbo yields 3,125 fps. Anymore powder than that with this load is wasted out the barrel. Also tried 160 Nosler AB with 79gr of H-1000 @ 3,230 fps. Going to drop this load down to 78.7 gr. H-1000 for an even 3,200 fps.Nosler'sreloading manual shows a max charge of 79.5 for H-1000, Barnes shows 84gr. Just be carefull and check for pressure signs.
