7MM STW 168gr Berger loads or suggestions?

I am going to switch to the Berger VLD hunting bullets and am looking at the 168 gr bullets. I have never shot a bullet this heavy out of my gun. So i could really use some suggestions on where to start. Thanks so much!

I am shooting 72.5 gr of R-22. Federal 215m primers with nosler brass. Dont have a velocity on them but think I am around 2950. It is a great hunting round having taken multiple whittails and hogs. It also shoots one hole at 100 yards. 3.821 overall length. Will not fit in mag is only drawback.
