How far out can i seat these bullets to get better accuracy without creating safety hazard ? also would crimping them help? Any help greatly appreciated.

I have personally never shot the 100 trainer, but due to fact it is shorter than usual for caliber, but I would at least put the diameter of the bullet into the case. The STW is free bored, and with that bullet, you will not even come close to the riflings anyway. That velocity is going to be smokin'!
What are you shooting with 100 grain bullets? Just curious!

+ 1 on 7stw's post... also crimping a non-cannelured bullet will either deform or cant the pill, probably both. Bad for accuracy.
