I am not around my load development binder so don't want to quote you something that is off but if search this site you will find stuff on it. I believe I got my base loads from len then built from there but I know there is a thread about the Dakota albeit not a long one it should get you started.

What twist barrel you have and what grain bullet you shooting?

I only shoot 180 VLDS out of mine, Dakota prepped brass and Retumbo powder and a 215 primer.
