7mm-08 140 grain sierra gk COAL?

Can someone with a sierra manual tell me what the recommended COAL is for the 7/08 140 grain gameking BT please. I let a buddy "borrow" my manual a few months back and havent seen it since. If anybody also has a pet loads for this bullet and Varget i am all ears! Im shooting a tikka t3 lite.
