700 s/a bolt

Curious what bolts will work in 700 actions I was told Christensen arms will what about any others gunwerks,bighorn,etc?

Mack has a really nice bolt for SA.

There are some aftermarket bolt manufacturers out there. Make sure to check and see if you will have to have your raceways reamed or not. 700s will vary in raceway diameter. If it is a .705 bolt then you will have to ream it which would require some specialized tooling. Also if you are not planning on rebarreling make sure you check headspace with the new bolt! Just want to make sure that you are aware of those two but Mac Bros and PTG both have aftermarket bolt offerings!

Yes it is getting rebarreled I've choked the ptg pry just go that route thanks

Take a hard look at the Mack bolt before you pull the trigger on PTG.
Sooo much better in design/function.
