While I don't have any experience with this particular rifle, I am familiar with the issues one can have with a factory 223. The main factor is the rate of twist in the barrel. If you intend to shoot longrange with it, you will want at least an 8 twist as it will stabilize up to 77grain bullets. If you want to shoot 90grain bullets,you will need 7 twist.
Other than that, the rifle you are considering is a Rem700. Everybody makes parts and upgrades for the rifle. So if anything gives you trouble or you don't like some aspect of the rifle, somebody makes a replacement part for it.
