70/75/80gn berger vld in 22-250

i'm rebarreling my rem varminter with a kreiger palma 1 in 8" twist.which of the three would be best choice and what loads of what powder? i'm trying to cut down on millions of variations and just get it dialled. shooting to hopefully 1000yds. best powder and length of barrel to cut to.preferance is for bm8208 but it appears to be too fast. cheers mike
