I'm looking for dies for 7 wsm . Which work best ? Why are some 3 die and some 2 die sets . Please be kind to a dumb new reloader !

I'm not sure which dies would work best, but a lot of times the 2 die set has a crimp feature into the seating die, for ex, hornady or Redding. If it's a Redding 3 die set the 3rd die is probably a body die, and something like Lee if it has 3 dies it's probably a factory crimp die.
