7 mm ultra max velocity

What are you guys getting for max velocity with 140 and 160grm bullets? Be sure to include powder and barrel length.

I'm running 3500 fps with NBT Moly and I-7828 out of a 26" bbl. Not the fastest, but fast enough.

How many grains of 7828? I assume your using a 140gr bullet?

140 gr bullet with 92.0 grns I-7828 lit by a 215 over a PACT chrono.

How many grains of powder are you using to achieve this velocity?

DHostler, Have you tried any other powders lke h-1000, retumbo, wc870, rl-25,rl-22, Viht 170, aa8700, and aa 3100? There seems to be very little data oon loading various powders for this cartridge.
