600yd .22lr coke can challenge anyone?

Was originally posted in the ELR section but apparently shooting a coke can at 600 yards with a .22lr doesn't qualify as ELR though the ELR 22 matches are held out to 600 but at a 12"x12" plate.

Am I missing something? The first 4 minutes of video is just talking and the camera sitting still not looking at anything, then just talking about the rifle. I didn't see any shooting.

Just watched again to make sure I wasn't crazy, first 3.30 of nothing but talking in the back ground and the next 3 minutes of talking about the rifle.
