6.5x55 SE or 6.5-06?

Dave makes great reamers. He built two wildcat reamers for me.

Another option is to have a hydraulic forming die. John Whidden made mine.
I also have several 6.5x55 Swedish Mauser 95 and 96 mausers that I load too modern pressure loads with no issues . The 6.5x55 and 6.5-06 are great I just rebarreled the 6.5-06 too the 6.5-284 for those longer bullets and more mag length . The 6.5 Prc works really well in the mod 70 pre64 . A good gunsmith can easily open the bolt face without any other changes , I just done one of those too . If you really want a guality barrel and a shooter worth waiting for send it too Bartlein and talk too Mark . Good luck

once again sorry for the posting location that post was meant for the op

They were great to work with.

I don't think the hydraulic sizing die would work for me since I am simply utilizing a smaller bushing in the S Series bushing die, I actually have 2 bushing dies and simply swap between them to reach the correct neck size. I found out quickly you can be to aggressive with this process.
Sorry, I did not mean to imply you need it. I am simply offering another option in fire-forming, other than the COW method or similar.
