Don't know if you have Layne Simpsons data for that cartridge but here it is from Loaddata.com.

6.5 STW Load Data
Warning! Notes: All powder charges are maximum and should be reduced by 12 percent for starting loads. Cases formed by necking down Remington 7mm STW brass. All rifles had 26-inch barrels. (Layne Simpson Data)

!

I'll throw you a bone here. I asked this same question in Feb and did not get specific loads so I know how you feel. Please, please consider all these MAX!
This is the load manual I have come up with:

123gr matchking
91.5gr wc872
76gr imr7828
72gr h4831 vel 3370fps

130gr accubond
78gr retumbo
89gr wc872
73gr vvn165

129fr interbond
87.5gr wc872 vel 3501fps
74gr imr7828 vel 3514fps

140gr a-max
88gr h50bmg
87gr wc872
77gr retumbo

be safe and let me know what works. Im planning on trying rl25 h1000 and us869 next week
