6.5 prc reamer?

I'm looking at building a 6.5 prc on a tikka action . the barrel I'm looking at getting is a carbon fiber prefit 24-26" my question is it's a sammi spec chamber . Is the 6.5 prc with sammi spec chamber will It work with the 156 Bergers ? I would like to get 2950-3030 fps

Yes will work. I would think you are going to be closer to the 2950 mark. Tikka actions are great for a 6.5 prc build. I have one with a xcaliber barrel and sammi reamer. I also have a carbon pre fit on its way for the wife.

What barrel are you going with and twist? If I get 2950 FPS that wouldn't be bad . I also thought about a 6.5SST but not sure if I would gain much.

I run my sst at 3100' with a 26" no problem
