6.5 or 7 mm barrel

I am looking for a barrel in either caliber mentioned above. Looking for a 20" carbon wrapped barrel if possible. I am open to steel barrels as well but need to be a bartlein 3b profile or slimmer. Any maker of barrel is fine just not thicker than that style contour.
