First hog hunt in 2 months. Chest high grass had me shooting prone on a 9 foot platform. Thank goodness this boar stuck its head up.

were you able to recover the Hotcore? I think the Speer hotcor is one highly overlooked bullet. I know they aren't "premium" but they are great stout soft points.
I bought a box of the same 140gr hot cores to load for my 6.5CM but haven't had a chance to test them out yet...how do they perform for you accuracy wise?
